Chef's Special Chicken Recipe

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown
  4. Flip the chicken and add garlic, smoked paprika, and dried oregano to the skillet
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through
  6. Remove the chicken to a plate and keep warm
  7. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, white wine, and unsalted butter
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened
  9. Pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley
