Chef's Special Chicken Recipe
What Started it all:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
- Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown
- Flip the chicken and add garlic, smoked paprika, and dried oregano to the skillet
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through
- Remove the chicken to a plate and keep warm
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, white wine, and unsalted butter
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley
