  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 bunch of chard, stems removed and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast pieces, chopped chard, and baking powder. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the chard is tender.
