Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Mix until well combined.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and the seasoning mix, making sure that they are completely coated.
- Place the chicken breasts onto a baking dish, making sure that they are not touching each other.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
