  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  4. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and the seasoning mix, making sure that they are completely coated.
  5. Place the chicken breasts onto a baking dish, making sure that they are not touching each other.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
