Chicken, Carrot, and Potato Stew

What Started it all:
1 pound of chicken, 1 cup of chopped carrots, 2 cups of diced potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 cups diced potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the chicken until no pink remains.
  2. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot and stir together.
  3. Add enough water to the pot to cover the vegetables, and bring everything to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and let the stew simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
