Chicken, Carrot, and Potato Stew
What Started it all:
1 pound of chicken, 1 cup of chopped carrots, 2 cups of diced potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 cups diced potatoes
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chicken until no pink remains.
- Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot and stir together.
- Add enough water to the pot to cover the vegetables, and bring everything to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the stew simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
