Chicken, Carrot, and Potato Stew
What Started it all:
1 pound of chicken, 1 cup of chopped carrots, 2 cups of diced potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped carrots and diced potatoes to the pot.
- Cover the vegetables with enough water or chicken broth to cover.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cook the stew for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
