Chinese Ground Turkey and Green Bean Stir Fry

This delicious Chinese stir fry is a quick and easy dish that combines ground turkey and fresh green beans with flavorful seasonings. It's a perfect meal for a family of 4 and can be served with steamed rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
- Return the cooked ground turkey to the pan and pour the sauce over the turkey and green beans.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the turkey and green beans.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
