Chinese Quinoa and Pea Soup

Quinoa, Pea, broth or stock (chicken, vegetable), pressure cooker


  • Quinoa
  • Peas
  • Broth or stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • Pressure cooker


  1. In a pressure cooker, add the quinoa and peas.
  2. Pour in the broth or stock of your choice.
  3. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for about 8 minutes.
  4. Once done, release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
  5. Stir the soup and adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Chinese-inspired quinoa and pea soup!
