Classic Bacon and Garlic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In the same pan with the bacon drippings, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- While the garlic is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the pan with the garlic and cook over medium-low heat. Stir continuously with a spatula to create soft curds.
- Once the eggs are almost cooked to your desired consistency, crumble the cooked bacon into the pan and stir to combine.
- Continue cooking for another minute or so until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with toast or your favorite breakfast sides.
