Classic British Ribs with Kale and Beans

A hearty and classic British dish featuring tender ribs, nutritious kale, and comforting beans.


  • 2 lbs of ribs
  • 1 bunch of fresh kale
  • 1 can of beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, and place them in a roasting pan.
  3. Cover the pan with foil and roast the ribs in the oven for 2 hours until they're tender and juicy.
  4. While the ribs are roasting, wash and chop the kale.
  5. In a separate pan, heat up the beans over medium heat.
  6. When the ribs are ready, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. In the meantime, sauté the kale in a little bit of olive oil until it's tender.
  8. Plate up the ribs, kale, and beans, and serve hot.
