Classic British Ribs with Kale and Beans

A hearty and classic British dish featuring tender ribs, nutritious kale, and comforting beans.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ribs
- 1 bunch of fresh kale
- 1 can of beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, and place them in a roasting pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast the ribs in the oven for 2 hours until they're tender and juicy.
- While the ribs are roasting, wash and chop the kale.
- In a separate pan, heat up the beans over medium heat.
- When the ribs are ready, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, sauté the kale in a little bit of olive oil until it's tender.
- Plate up the ribs, kale, and beans, and serve hot.
