  • 4 cups of coffee
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the meantime, brew 4 cups of coffee according to your preference.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook until they start to set around the edges. Gently scramble the eggs using a spatula until they are fully cooked but still moist.
  7. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among 4 plates.
  8. Place 2 slices of cooked bacon on each plate next to the scrambled eggs.
  9. Serve with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
