Coffee Bacon and Egg Breakfast

Ingredients
- 4 cups of coffee
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- In the meantime, brew 4 cups of coffee according to your preference.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook until they start to set around the edges. Gently scramble the eggs using a spatula until they are fully cooked but still moist.
- Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among 4 plates.
- Place 2 slices of cooked bacon on each plate next to the scrambled eggs.
- Serve with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
