Coffee-Crusted Steak Recipe

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. Ground Coffee Beans
- 2 lbs. Steak
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the coffee mixture over each side of the steak, pressing the mixture into the meat.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
