Coffee-Crusted Steak Recipe

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


  • 4 tbsp. Ground Coffee Beans
  • 2 lbs. Steak
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the coffee mixture over each side of the steak, pressing the mixture into the meat.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Once hot, add the steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  7. Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. Enjoy your coffee-crusted steak with your favorite sides, like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
