Coffee Glazed Ham Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee grounds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 fully cooked ham (4-5 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the coffee grounds, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the coffee glaze all over the ham, making sure to cover every inch.
  4. Place the ham in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. About halfway through cooking, use a baster to coat the ham with the coffee glaze again.
  6. Once the ham is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
