Ingredients
- 4 steak cuts
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, pour the coffee over the steaks and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Sear the marinated steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until golden brown and caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil and fry the diced potatoes until crispy and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
