- 1 medium courgette, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 100g grated cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
