  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 beets, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, apricots)
  • 1 sous vide bag


  1. Begin by cooking the lentils according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. While the lentils are cooking, prepare the beets by peeling and dicing them into small cubes.
  3. Place the diced beets in the sous vide bag and cook them according to the sous vide machine's instructions until they are tender.
  4. Once the lentils and beets are ready, combine them in a large bowl.
  5. Add the dried fruits to the bowl and gently toss everything together.
  6. Serve the comforting lentil and beet salad as a delightful gluten-free dish for 4 people.
