Comforting Tuna and Potato Bake

This dish is a delightful blend of fresh tuna and hearty potatoes, with a touch of yeast for that comforting homemade flavor. It’s a perfect meal to warm your soul and satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them in a hot pan until golden on both sides.
- In a blender, combine the yeast with a pinch of salt and a dash of water to form a paste.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish, then spread the yeast paste over the potatoes.
- Place the seared tuna steaks on top of the potatoes.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and the tuna is cooked to your liking.
