Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over them.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Spoon the crack chicken mixture over the chips, then sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
