A delicious and indulgent dish perfect for sharing with friends and family. These crack chicken nachos are loaded with flavor and guaranteed to be a hit at any gathering.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over them.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  6. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
  7. Spoon the crack chicken mixture over the chips, then sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
