Creamy Avocado Pasta

Avocado, Celery, flour, stove


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 2 cups of flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Start by cooking the flour in a pan on the stove over medium heat until it turns golden brown, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  2. In a food processor, blend the avocados and chopped celery until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and return it to the pot.
  4. Add the creamy avocado and celery mixture to the pasta, stirring gently to coat the pasta evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve the creamy avocado pasta warm.
