Creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
