Instructions

  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  5. Combine and Serve: Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the creamy leek mixture. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the chicken is fully heated through and the flavors meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
