Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mire poix (diced onion, carrot, and celery)
- 1/2 cup orzo
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chopped chicken
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 2 tablespoons pesto
Instructions
