Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup of oats
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the potato slices in a large pot of salted water until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine the artichoke hearts and oats. Blend until the mixture forms a creamy consistency.
