- 125 ml cream
- 142.5 g corn (canned or frozen)
- 350 g baked beans (canned)
- 172.5 g jarred green beans (drained)
- 227.5 g jarred peas (drained)
- 100 g mushroom sauce
- 200 ml tomato soup
- 100 g gouda cheese, shredded
- 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 precooked chicken drumsticks
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small eggplant, cubed
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g shredded cheese mix
- 1 egg
- 50 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced zucchini and cubed eggplant, cooking until they are slightly softened (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in the corn, green beans, and peas, cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine the cream, mushroom sauce, tomato soup, gouda cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix well until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, baked beans, and the creamy sauce. Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes.
