Crispy Air Fryer Black Bean and Avocado Rice

Black Beans, Avocado, rice, air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray for the air fryer
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine the cooked rice and black beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Spread the rice and black bean mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the rice is crispy and the black beans are heated through.
- Once done, transfer the crispy rice and black beans to a serving platter.
- Arrange the sliced avocado on top of the crispy rice and black beans.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this healthy and delicious dish with family and friends!
