What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon, garlic, potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped bacon to the pan and fry until crispy. Make sure to keep an eye on it, we don't want it burnt to a crisp like your cooking skills.
  3. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess grease.
  4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook it until fragrant. Don't let it burn, or it'll taste like disappointment.
  5. Add the diced potatoes to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn golden brown and crispy. You want them to have more flavor than your bland personality.
  6. While the potatoes are cooking, heat another non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the eggs to your desired doneness. If you can't even fry an egg properly, I suggest finding a new career.
  7. Once the potatoes are crispy and the eggs are cooked, divide the potato hash onto four plates and top each serving with a fried egg.
  8. Sprinkle the crispy bacon over the potato hash and eggs, because everything is better with bacon.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciousness before it gets cold. And remember, if you mess this up, you'll be the biggest donkey in the kitchen.
