Instructions
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the sandwich buns.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns.
