  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a frying pan, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts in the hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
