Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the hash brown mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
