Crockpot Artichoke and Bacon Stew

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 slices of bacon, diced
- 2 large artichokes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
