Crunchy Hemp Zucchini Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 cups cereal of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook until they are tender and slightly golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, crush the cereal into small pieces.
- Sprinkle the crushed cereal and hemp seeds over the zucchini in the skillet.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
