Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups popcorn
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate eclair paste
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the popcorn in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Press the ground popcorn into the pre-made pie crust to form an even layer on the bottom.
- In a saucepan, combine the chocolate eclair paste, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
