Instructions
- Clean the beef intestines thoroughly and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
- Season the intestines with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Grill the intestines over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are slightly charred and cooked through.
- Wrap each piece of grilled intestine with a slice of bacon.
- Coat each bacon-wrapped intestine piece in all-purpose flour.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).
