Delicious Bacon and Garlic Scrambled Eggs
What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon, garlic.
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
- In the same skillet, leave about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease and discard the rest. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the garlic. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently with a wooden spoon or spatula, until the eggs start to set.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the eggs and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist and fluffy.
- Remove from heat and serve the delicious bacon and garlic scrambled eggs hot. Enjoy!
