Delicious Bacon and Garlic Scrambled Eggs

What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon, garlic.


  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced


  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, leave about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease and discard the rest. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the garlic. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently with a wooden spoon or spatula, until the eggs start to set.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the eggs and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist and fluffy.
  6. Remove from heat and serve the delicious bacon and garlic scrambled eggs hot. Enjoy!
