Delicious Baked Salmon with Cucumber Rice

Salmon, Cucumber, olive oil, rice cooker

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups of rice
- Water for the rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the rice in the rice cooker and add water according to the cooker's instructions. Let it cook while you prepare the salmon.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the thinly sliced cucumber on top of the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cucumber is slightly crispy.
- Once the rice is done, fluff it up with a fork and serve alongside the baked salmon and cucumber.
