Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup donair meat, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/4 cup donair sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a pizza pan.
- Spread the donair sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the donair meat, tomatoes, and onions on top of the cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
