Easy Beef and Bell Pepper Stir Fry

This quick and flavorful beef and bell pepper stir fry is perfect for a busy weeknight. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broth or stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Return the cooked ground beef to the pan with the bell peppers.
  6. Pour in the broth or stock and stir everything together.
  7. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  8. Serve the beef and bell pepper stir fry over rice or noodles.
