Easy Chinese Beef and Tomato Skillet

  • 1 pound stew beef
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving


  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the stew beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the sliced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.
  4. Season the beef and tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in the mayonnaise and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through and well combined.
  6. Serve the beef and tomato skillet over cooked rice.
