Easy Greek Yogurt Zucchini Recipe

Greek Yogurt, Zucchini, salt, skillet

Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 medium zucchinis
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and sprinkle them with salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes to release excess moisture.
- After 10 minutes, squeeze the grated zucchinis to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the grated zucchinis to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt.
- Serve the cooked zucchinis with a dollop of the seasoned Greek yogurt on top.
