El Sùgiato Supreme is a fusion feast that combines elements from tacos, burgers, burritos, pizza, fries, and flan into one epic dish. This recipe is designed to serve 4 people, making it perfect for a fun and adventurous dinner party.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 burger patties (beef or plant-based)
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of sliced olives
- 1/2 cup of sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of guacamole
- 4 cups of frozen French fries
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) of evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the burger patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
- Place a burger patty in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the burger patty.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, sliced olives, and jalapeños (if using) on top.
- Fold the tortilla around the burger patty, burrito-style.
- Place the assembled Taco-Burger-Burrito-Pizza on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle with sour cream and guacamole before serving.
