Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna (drained and flaked)
  • 1 can of sardines (drained and flaked)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 large skillet

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the flaked tuna and sardines to the skillet, stirring to combine with the onion.
  4. Pour in the can of coconut milk and stir to combine with the fish mixture.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have melded together.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped fresh cilantro or scallions, if desired.
