Fiery Greek Quinoa Stir Fry

Quinoa, Broccoli, beans, wok
Heat a wok over medium-high heat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can of beans (kidney beans or black beans work well)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it according to the package instructions. Set aside.
