- 2 cups of Cottage Cheese
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 4 portions of sous vide
Instructions
- Preheat the water bath to 140°F (60°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the finely chopped onion.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and place each portion into a separate sous vide bag.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey into each bag.
- Seal the bags and place them in the preheated water bath.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Once done, remove the bags from the water bath and carefully open them.
- Plate the sous vide cottage cheese and drizzle with any remaining honey from the bags.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped chives.
