  • 2 cups of Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 portions of sous vide


  1. Preheat the water bath to 140°F (60°C).

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and place each portion into a separate sous vide bag.
  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey into each bag.
  5. Seal the bags and place them in the preheated water bath.
  6. Cook for 1 hour.
  7. Once done, remove the bags from the water bath and carefully open them.
  8. Plate the sous vide cottage cheese and drizzle with any remaining honey from the bags.
  9. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped chives.
