Fiery Italian Turnip and Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups Kidney Beans
- 2 Turnips, diced
- 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1 wok
Instructions
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced turnips and stir-fry for 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Remove the turnips from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the kidney beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are heated through.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the stir-fried turnips and kidney beans.
- Sprinkle the chopped almonds and walnuts over the beans and turnips.
- Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients.
