Fiery Venison with Squash

  • 1 lb venison, thinly sliced
  • 1 small squash, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 1 skillet


  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle some olive oil in the skillet.
  3. Season the venison slices with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the venison in the skillet until it's cooked to your desired level of doneness.
