Fresh Cottage Cheese Cucumber Cake

Cottage Cheese, Cucumber, baking powder, food processor
Ingredients
- 500g cottage cheese
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add the grated cucumber and baking powder to the smooth cottage cheese and blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden and set.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
