Fresh Vegan Pressure Cooker Stew

Ingredients
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 cup of peas
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by heating the pressure cooker over medium heat.
