  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 1 wok


  1. Wash and chop the cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  3. Add the cauliflower and broccoli to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until they start to caramelize and become tender.
  4. Sprinkle the yeast over the vegetables and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Once the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, remove the wok from the heat.
  6. Serve the fresh veggie wok on its own or with a side of brown rice or quinoa for a complete, nutritious meal.
