Garlic Chicken with Rice

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 1 onion, diced

  1. Start by cooking the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
