  • 4 cod fillets
  • 400g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the green beans and sliced onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper until nicely coated.
