A Delicious and Nutritious Meal for the Whole Family

  • 1 lb Stir Fry Beef (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 bunches of Bok Choy (washed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruits (raisins and apricots)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey

  1. Preheat the sous vide machine to 130°F (54°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove the beef from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Place the beef in a sous vide bag and seal.
  4. Place the sous vide bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1-2 hours, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the beef is cooking, heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the bok choy and cook until it's slightly wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the dried fruits to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Remove the beef from the sous vide bag and slice it against the grain.
  8. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the bok choy and dried fruits. Season with gluten-free soy sauce and honey to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
